You keep every decision
We give you the technical reasoning and a clear recommendation. What ships, what waits and what risk you accept stays with your team, because it is your system and your business.
Partners, not customers
We do not take orders and you do not take instructions. The teams we advise own their systems and their decisions; we bring the security judgement those decisions need.
Calling that a partnership is not a courtesy. It sets out what each side owes the other, and it is the reason the advice is worth having.
The working agreement
Three commitments that hold in every engagement, from a single advisory clinic through to embedded work.

02
We do not resell tools, licences or testing, and we take no referral fees. Nothing we recommend pays us a margin, so the advice you get is the advice we would follow ourselves.

The partnership earns its value on the awkward questions, not the tidy ones. Saved for the end of a quarter, it is worth far less than used on the decision in front of you.
Who we work with
We hold a small number of retained partnerships at a time so that every one of them keeps direct access to a senior consultant rather than a queue.
A regional dive-tourism operator we advise on a retained basis, covering the systems that handle bookings, customer records and day-to-day operations.
Visit Scuba MalaysiaPartners appear here only where they have approved it in writing. The list is short because naming a client is their decision, not ours, and other retained work stays deliberately absent from this page.
Mutual obligations
A retainer only earns its cost when both columns hold. If the right-hand side is not realistic for your team right now, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right time to start.
Bring us the decision that is currently stuck. We will tell you what we would do about it and whether a retainer is the right shape for the work.
